In 2019, Aria, the jewel in the Solotel crown, turned 20. In this short video piece, part of a larger series, Matt Moran reflects on the journey so far with his beloved Sydney restaurant and what it means to him. The restaurant launched a new menu to celebrate the history of their dishes, captured in the stills gallery.
